Repodex Terms of Service

Your Repodex Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your Repodex username and password. You must ensure that you use strong and unique passwords. You agree not to share your login credentials or make them available to any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

User Content and Content Policy

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or share ("User Content"). User Content must not be illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or invasive of privacy. We reserve the right to delete or disable content that we believe violates this policy or any other terms in this agreement.

Subscription Plans, Payment, and Refunds

We offer various subscription plans. Payments for our paid plans are due monthly. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Privacy Policy

At Repodex, we value your privacy and strive to protect your personal information. This section outlines our practices regarding data collection, use, and sharing.

• Data Collection: We collect data necessary to provide our services, such as your username, email address, and user-generated content. We do not collect more data than required.
• Handling of User Code: Repodex does not store customer code beyond what is necessary to offer our services. We will not use your code for any purpose other than to fulfill the features of the service. We do not use the code to train models, sell to third parties, or for any unauthorized purposes.
• Third-party Access: We do not sell, lease, or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or for essential business operations.
• Security: We employ advanced security measures to protect the data of our users. However, no online service can guarantee complete security, so users are encouraged to be mindful of the information they share.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and for analytics. You have the option to decline cookies through your browser settings, but this might affect your user experience.
• Changes: We may update our privacy practices from time to time. We will notify users through the Repodex app or via email if significant changes are made.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Repodex, including logos, names, graphics, and trademarks, belongs to Repodex and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use our intellectual property without our written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide Repodex "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Repodex will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repodex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Repodex harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of this agreement or your violation of any third-party rights.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If significant changes are made, we will inform you through the Repodex app or by email. Your continued use signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute related to this agreement will be settled in the state or federal courts of San Francisco, California.

Termination

Repodex can terminate or suspend your access at any time if you breach these terms. Some terms, like indemnification and limitations of liability, will remain in effect even after termination.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Repodex concerning your use of our services.
